Scott was saved at the age of 6 while attending the High Street Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. He spent much of his years growing up as a Missionary Kid in the Philippine Islands.After graduating from High School he went to work with missionaries Clifford and Elsie Fishgrab on the Navajo Reservation. It was durng that time when he surrendered himself as a missionary to the Navajo people. He went to BBC in Springfield, MO in 1983 and graduated in 1987.
Carrie was saved at the age of 14 while at the Bandera Street Baptist Church in Houston, TX.
She surrendered her life to missions at the age
of 16 after hearing a missionary preach in their missions conference. She went to BBC
immediately following her graduation from
high school.


Scott and Carrie were married on December 27, 1986. Both graduated
from BBC in 1987 and served one year of internship with the Fishgrabs, missionaries to the Navajo Indians. They were approved with the BBFI in September of 1988 and began deputation. They moved to the Navajo Reservation in Arizona as missionaries in August of 1990 and continue to serve the Lord there.

Scott and Carrie have four children: Troy, Cody, Kaydee, and Veronica.
