We are sorry you are having difficulties with our broadcast. Viewing live broadcast is typically all about the bandwidth (speed) your local internet provider is providing for you. The Real Player software allows you to compensate for this by allowing you to adjust the speed at which Real Player is attempting to play the video.

Below are sample screen shots of how to adjust the Real Player settings on your system. We have made some recommendations for different type of internet providers.

If you are still having difficulties, please email us with as much information as possible about your internet provider, Real Player settings, and type of difficulty you are experiencing.
Each time you change a setting on Real Player, you must close Real Player and start it again!
 Start Real Player (Click Here)
1. Click on tools option on Real Player and go to Preferences

2. Click on the Connections option in the left window

Typical High Speed Cable Connection
3. Be sure the normal bandwith option is greater than 150 Kbps. This is the speed that we broadcast at. Then set the maximum to larger than the normal.
